What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day return policy. For defective items in the 30 day period, pre-paid shipping labels are provided.

Refunds or replacement items will be issued once items are returned.

Refunds will not be given for return shipping & handling charges on used returns.

All returns must be in original condition and packaging or a 20% restocking charge may apply.

A restocking fee up to 50% may be charged for damaged, used returns.

All Oliso irons have a 1 year limited warranty managed by Oliso’s master commercial distributor in Canada.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

For the store opening, we have decided to integrate our payment gateway with PayPal.

If you decide to open a PayPal account, you are able to use Visa and Mastercard.

As one of the world’s largest payment process company, Paypal keeps all of your payment details secure.

No Visa or Mastercard account information is sent to us by PayPal.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Orders over $75 will ship free at no extra charge.

Under $75 purchases will have shipping options available in your shopping cart. A valid postal code will be necessary for Canada Post rates.

How long will delivery take?

Due to our volume shipping with Canada Post, all parcels ship with “Expedited Parcel” service
